About This Role
You’ll own SEO from strategy to execution. You’ll architect, build, and scale systems that make Lotus discoverable — from technical foundations to landing-page creation, on-page optimization, and programmatic frameworks.
You’ll use AI to automate research, accelerate iteration, and uncover opportunities others miss. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, deploy, and measure — fast.
What You'll Own
Own all SEO strategy and execution across technical, content, and programmatic layers.
Create, optimize, and manage landing pages designed to rank and convert.
Integrate AI into keyword research, content workflows, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain scalable programmatic and LLM-driven SEO systems.
Oversee site architecture, schema, and internal linking for crawl efficiency and ranking health.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to embed SEO into every release.
Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, AI search trends, and best practices.
Who You Are
7+ years leading SEO for fast-growth consumer or tech brands.
Experienced building and ranking landing pages at scale.
Expert in technical SEO, programmatic SEO, and AI-assisted optimization.
Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and comfortable in the weeds of analytics and structure.
Strategic, fast-moving, and creative in how you approach growth.
Bonus: experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries.
